John Forrest LAMONT married MURIEL CONSTANCE MORRISON GREIG on 03 May 1935 in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.  She was born 21 June 1910 in Stonehaven, Kincardineshire, Scotland, and died 08 September 1957 in near Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, England.

Jack and Muriel were married in "Kennaways Rooms" (Christian Brethren), Aberdeen by the evangelical theologian F. F. Bruce.  During World War II, Jack was a sergeant in the army medical corps. After the war he worked as a bookbinder.  Muriel was the sales manager for a woolen goods firm. She was killed in a car accident.
