MICHAEL EVERITT, Christian Wannemaker and POLLY his wife of Lynn topwnship Lehigh County and State of Pennsylvania and Jacob Kistler and CATHARINA his wife of Ollbany Township Berks County and State aforesaid and SAMUEL EVERIT DANIEL EVERITT for himself and as gardien for LYDIA EVERITT and Sarah his wife Jacob Oswalt for himself and as gardeen for CHARLES EVERITT and ELIZABETH his wife, John Mosser for himself and gardeen for ESTHER EVERITT and REBECCA his wife Phillip Wannemacher for
