    Mrs. A.C. Sherwood
       Mrs. A.C. Sherwood, 57, of 123 Lewis street, died at her home at 6:15 p.m. yesterday, a few hours after she had been stricken with a cerebral hemorrhage.
       She was born Oct. 6, 1888, at Dubuque, Ia., and had lived for a number of years in Mason City, Ia., before coming to Waterloo about nine years ago.
       In 1940 she married Albert C. Sherwood at Charles City, Ia.
       Mrs. Sherwood was a member of the Eastern Star and Christ Episcopal church, and was also president of the Emma McFarland circle of that church.
       Surviving besides her husband are two sisters, Mrs. Lloyd McLane, Strawberry Point, Ia., and Mrs. Rosa McLane, Elkader, Ia., two brothers, Joseph Moore, Strawberry Point, and Louis Moore, Elkader, and a niece, Helen Dolter, a nurse at Presbyterian hospital.
       Funeral arrangements have not been completed. The body is at the Locke funeral home.
