BLANCHE AGATHA HEISLER was born 24 July 1901 in Dufur, Wasco County, Oregon, USA.  She was the daughter of Charles Monroe Heisler and Eva Lois Powell — their firstborn child.  She died of a "summer complaint" in Dufur, Wasco County, Oregon, only a month after her second birthday, on 26 Aug 1903.  She is buried in the Dufur IOOF Cemetery.
