Obituary:  Janet Murdock

Janet Stanford Murdock, 44, of Oswego, died Wednesday at Park View Convalescent Home in Aurora.

Mrs. Murdock was born March 23, 1937 in Water Veat, Mich. to Erving and Genevieve (Richmond) Mahoney. She married her husband on July 16, 1979. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Marseilles.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, four daughters, three grandchildren, her parents, and three sisters.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Larson-Gabel Funeral Home in Newark with the Rev. William Landis officiating. Burial was held at the Millington-Newark Cemetery.
