Isabella Jaffrey was the infant daughter of Robert Jaffrey and Isabella Ferguson. She was born on 08 January 1819 in Irvine, Ayrshire, Scotland. Isabella lived long enough to be baptized on 17 January 1819 in the Irvine Relief Congregation, but the gravestone notes she died as an infant.

The death year of 1820 is an estimate. Isabella likely died in the second half of 1820 after the birth of her sister Mary (since it is likely that Mary would have been given the name Isabella had the first Isabella died any sooner).
