   PERKINS — O'Neal Hogan, 64 years old, of Florissant, formerly of Oran, died at 7:10 Thursday morning in Christian Hospital Northeast at St. Louis.
   Mr. Hogan was born Sept. 24, 1918, in Senath the son of Alvis and Arletta Beard Hogan.
   He married Lena Mae Menz of Florissant, who survives.
   He was a retired electrician with the Maloney Electric Co. of St. Louis.  Mr. Hogan was an Army World War II veteran, a member of the Florissant Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4105, and attended the General Baptist Church in Florissant.
   Other survivors include one daughter, one brother, and six grandchildren.
   Friends may call today at the Hermann & Son Funeral Home in St. Louis.  Saturday the body will be taken to the Missionary Baptist Church in Perkins, where friends may call after 1 p.m.
   Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Perkins Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. E. D. Francis officiating.  Burial will be in Williams Cemetery here, with the Morley VFW Post in charge of graveside military rites.
