    Marilyn Rose Krebs Thompson
         83, of Fishers, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2011. She was born in Shelbyville, March 13, 1928 to Hazel and Jessie Kirk.
         Marilyn loved dancing and performed with the Beverly Black Studio in her youth. During high school she entertained patients at the Veterans' Hospital and performed in USO Camp Shows throughout Indiana. She retired from Irvington Radiologist. Her passions were cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
         A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel, 9900 Allisonville Rd. with visitation one hour prior to service.
         Marilyn is survived by her daughter, ----- (-----) -----; grandchildren, Angela (-----) -----, Lori (-----) ----- and Elizabeth (-----) -----; great-grandchidren, Jackson ----- and Zane -----; and brother, Jack Kirk.
         Her first husband, Jay Krebs, and her second husband, Benjamin Thompson; and a daughter, Julie Kay, preceded her in death.
         In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be to St. Vincent Hospice and/or the charity of the donor's choice.
  • Her ashes were buried at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, USA about 16 November 2011.
