bullet  General Notes

Father:  Elijah DUCKETT b: in Kentucky (?)
Mother:  Elizabeth (Susanna) ROLLAND b: in Kentucky (?)

The birth date of Martha Anna Duckett is in dispute. Family members have some old records (informal) that state June 15, 1853 as the date. However, the gravestone is inscribed with August 7, 1851. Nobody knows how this happened but family members believe the June 15, 1853 date is correct. Also is supported by records filed with the state of Illinois to acquire her brothers Army pension after his death. James L. Rowland, born in 1829 in Cold Spring Township in Shelby County, Illinois became her legal guardian after Isaac's death.

1910 census - Butler county, Missouri
