  • News of Paul's death was published on the front page of The Boise City News on 19 September 1946 in Boise City, Cimarron County, Oklahoma, USA.

    Truck Accident Fatal
    To Two-Year-Old Boy
       Paul Leroy, two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Hart of the Eva community, was fatally injured by a truck which was driven by his uncle.
       The accident occurred Saturday evening when the child, who was playing in the yard, ran in front of the truck. The dual wheels passed over the baby's chest which caused death a few minutes later.
       Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Keyes with interment in the Boise City Cemetery.
