bullet  General Notes

Harry Herbert SCHOTT was the son of Samuel Schott and Matilda Ann Taylor. He was a twin brother to Horace Howard Schott. His birth year is given as 1876 (1900 census), as well as 1875 (WWI draft card), and even 1874 (IL deaths). However, there is more overall supportive evidence for a birth year of 1876.

He was married several times.

According to his death certificate, he was buried in Oakwood Cemetery on 19 August 1946 (although his obituary says that he was to be buried in West Salem Cemetery).
