bullet  General Notes

The two daughters that Will Richmond and his first wife Ida Sloat had were playing together and they ended up drinking something that was toxic and so they both died.  After their deaths, Will and Ida separated, and then eventually either they divorced or Ida died (since Will remarried in 1902).  In the 1900 census, Will was single again and living in his mother Lucinda Moore Jewett's household. (Per conversation with Elden Richmond, 5-29-2004)
