bullet  General Notes

Second daughter Iva Jane RICHMOND (also known as Jane M. RICHMOND) was the adopted daughter of Claude Raymond RICHMOND and his wife, Ruby Irene EATON.  She was actually Claude's niece, the biological daughter of Claude's sister Pearl S. RICHMOND and suspected father Lester T. OATMAN. Lester was also Ruby's stepfather, so Iva would have been Ruby's stepsister as well.
