Charles was originally buried at Eastwood IOOF Cemetery in Medford, but on 3 February 1982 he was disinterred from the IOOF Cemetery so that he could be re-buried next to his wife's grave. So now Charles' gravestone (and his remains) are at Memory Gardens Memorial Park, Garden of Faith, Lot 198 in Medford.

Note:  Even though Percy Centers is listed on the 1910 census, this appears to be a misunderstanding about whether deceased children should be enumerated. In the census Belle says that she is the mother of 3 children, but only 2 are still living.  In Evergreen Cemetery in Yreka there is a gravestone for Percy A. Centers — he has a birth year of 1900 and a death year of 1905, making him 4 years old when he died.

    Charlie B. Centers passed away at his residence, 422 South Ivy street December 9, 1928, after a short illness. Aged 54 years, 11 months and 5 days. Mr. Centers was born in Jackson County, Oregon, July 4, 1874 and has made his home in Jackson County during his entire life. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Centers. In 1895 he was united in marriage to Mary Belle Vincent of Sams Valley and to this union were born two children, one son and one daughter, Le Roy of Gold Hill, and Mrs. Opal C. Hose of Medford. Besides his children he is survived by his wife, Mary Belle, his father, Thomas Centers, one brother, Granville Centers of Pittsburg, Cal., and four grandchildren, Jimmy Green, Opal Chase, William Centers, Virginia Centers. Mr. Centers was a member of the I. O. O. F. Lodge at Gold Hill, Ore., No. 129. Also the Rebekah lodge of Gold Hill. Funeral services will be held at the Perl Funeral home Wednesday at 2:00 p.m., Rev. James C. Conder officiating. Interment in Medford cemetery. Gold Hill lodge No. 129 I. O. O. F. will have charge of the services at the grave.
