Dell Ray B. Curtiss and Jennie lived on a farm owned by Vern Carey and Mary Curtiss in Tahuyah Mason County. That would be very near Mission Lake.  Vern and Mary, along with their son Donald, his wife, Mildred, are interred in the Lewis Cemetery, in the little garden beside the stream, at Bremerton, Washington. All were Cremated

There are reasons to believe Dell Ray B. Curtiss and Jennie S. Rennselaer Davis, along with Howard and Mabel, were among the first of our Curtiss family to migrate from Michigan to the Pacific Northwest.

They were loggers and sought the same kind of work in Idaho and Washington States.
