    Burlington--Ellery C. Waggoner, 82, a lifelong resident of Burlington, died at 1am today in the house where he was born September 21, 1858. He had been ill three months. His wife, Nellie, died 45 years ago. He is survived by three granddaughters, Mrs. Fred Vincent with whom he lived, Mrs. E.O. Clark of Adrian and Mrs. Rolland Hamilton of Lake Orion; a sister Mrs. H. E. Armstrong of Glendale, California and six grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews in California, Battle Creek and Lansing. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30pm in the Community Church. The body has been removed to the Vernor funeral home in Tekomacha, where friends may call until noon Friday; Burial will be in Burlington Cemetery.
