bullet  General Notes

ALICE LEONA CHURCH was born in May 1893 (one source says the 9th of May; another source says the 5th of May 1893) in Daniels Creek, Coos County, Oregon, USA.  She was the daughter of William Henry Church and Sarah Dewey Collver.

Alice died in August 1916 and is buried in the Coos River Pioneer Cemetery (AKA South Fork Cemetery).  I have a vague memory of being told that she drowned, although since I apparently didn't document that story I can't be certain this is true.
