WILLIAM ISAAC BONEBRAKE was born 10 Nov 1854 in Marion County, Iowa, the son of William Frederick Bonebrake and Frances Mellinger.

He married Elma Almira CUTLIP on 20 June 1880 in Coos River, Coos County, Oregon. William is profiled in "The Centennial History of Oregon 1811-1912," published in 1912. The article includes a picture of William, Elma and their 3 daughters. They had a son who died at 15.

William died 24 April 1934 in Coos County, Oregon, and is buried at the Coos River Pioneer Cemetery (also known as South Fork Cemetery).
