people to whom these presants Shall come Greeting. Know ye that we
MICHAEL EVERITT, Christian Wannemaker and POLLY his wife of Lynn topwnship Lehigh County and State of Pennsylvania and Jacob Kistler and CATHARINA his wife of Ollbany Township Berks County and State aforesaid and SAMUEL EVERIT DANIEL EVERITT for himself and as gardien for LYDIA EVERITT and Sarah his wife Jacob Oswalt for himself and as gardeen for CHARLES EVERITT and ELIZABETH his wife, John Mosser for himself and gardeen for ESTHER EVERITT and REBECCA his wife Phillip Wannemacher for
himself and gardeen for SUSANA EVERITT and MAGDALENA his wife of Liberty Township trumbull County and State ofOhio and John Hake and SARAH his wife of weathersfield township Count aforesaid for the whole consideration of one hundred seven five Dollars Received to his full satisfaction of Johnathan Oswalt of Liberty Township in the County of Trumbull State of Ohio do give grant bargain sell and confirm unto him the Johnathan Oswalt the following described lot of Land Saituated in the Township aforesaid Township Number three in the Second Range in said County of Trumbull and is bounded as follows .... we the said Michael Everitt Christian Wannemacher, Jacob Kistler SAMUEL EVERITT Daniel Everitt for himself and as gardeen for Charlz (crossed out) Lydia Everitt Jacob Oswalt for himself and as gardeen for Charlz Everitt John Mosser for himself and as gardeen for Easther Everitt Phillip Wannemacher for himself and as gardeen for Susanna Everitt and John Hake do for ourselves and as gardeens for the above named ourheirs Executors and administroators Covnant with the Said Johnathan Oswald his heirz and assignz that at and untill the ensealing of these presants we are well Seized of the premisez, as a good indefensable Estate in fee simple and have a good right to Bargan and Sell the same in manner and form as iz above written and that the same is free of all incumbrances whatsoever and further more we the said Polly Wannemacher Catharena Kistler Sarah Everitt Elisabeth Oswald Rebecca Mosser Magdalena Wanemacher Sarah Hake do hereby remise release and for ever quit Claim unto the said Johnathan Oswalt all right and title of dower in and to the above described premisez and we the said Michael Everitt Christian Wannemacher Jacob Kistler Samuel Everitt Daniel Everitt Jacob Oswalt John Mosser Phillip Wannemacher John Hake do by these presentz Bind ourselves our heirs forever to warrant and defend the above granted and barganed premisez to him the said Johnathan Oswalt his heirz and assignz against all lawfull claimz and demandz whatsoever.
