General Notes
1841 census says she was not born in the census county of Middlesex. 1851 census says she was born in St. George Westminster, Middlesex. IGI has a baptism in St. George Westminster for her sister Alicia. However, since parents married in Rickmansworth, Herts (and since William had the house in Herts from George Harrower during this time period), I suspect that Frances and her sisters were really born in Herts. kmh.

Recorded Events in Her Life
- She has conflicting birth information of 15 August 1819 and England. 9 This 1841 census says that Frances was born in England, but not born in the census county of Middlesex. Later census enumerations do say she was born in Middlesex; however, since her parents married in Rickmansworth, Herts (and since William had the house in Herts from George Harrower during this time period), I suspect that Frances was really born in Hertfordshire. kmh.
