Sad Casualties in Douglas County --
Four Children Poisoned at Wilbur.
Oakland, July 24. — To day at Wilbur, a few miles from here, four young children of Mr. Clinkenbaerd, were out playing and gathering and eating sour dock.  It is supposed they must have found and eaten something poisonous, as they were taken very sick and shortly afterward one of the children died and the others are in dying condition.
