Note:  I am not certain if wife Mary and child Jane Mary Giblett belong to this particular William Giblett or not (nor an I certain that the Jane Giblett who married John Gomm is the one whose christening record is attached).  I need someplace to attach these people — I know they're related, even if I can't prove exactly how.  My working theory is that it is this William who had the wife Mary and child Jane Giblett who married John Gomm.  My theory is based on geographical locations, parishes of christening and marriage, which Giblett families were in the area, etc.  It seems probable, considering the children of Jane Giblett and John Gomm show up in the household of William Giblett b. 1785 (they would be second cousins to the children of that household if I've attached everyone in the right place).   kmh.
