The petitioner said she married in 1910. There were four children. She became concerned about her husband's health, and pressed him for a reason for his trouble. He admitted having met another woman. She had not lived with him for some time.
Constance Joyce Amelia Cooper, daughter of the petitioner, said she asked her father if he were guilty of adultery. He did not say "yes" or "no." When she asked if it would be possible for her mother and him to live together again, he said "no."
A decree nisi was granted.
