  GOLIE MORGAN
       Golie Morgan was born in Corning to Nuel Morgan and Bertha Mae Geans Morgan on January 17, 1937 and died in NEA Medical Clinic, Jonesboro, July 6, 2006. He was 69.
       A member of House of Prayer, Corning, he was an Air Force veteran and retired from McDonnell-Douglas. On December 9, 1994 he married Patricia Saylor-Morgan and she preceded him in death August 11, 2005.
       Survivors are two sons, ----- Morgan, Corning and ----- Morgan, Windsor, SC; two step-sons, ----- ----- Saylors, Pocahontas and ----- ----- Saylors, Newport; three step-daughters, ----- ----- -----, Corning, ----- -----, Naylor and ----- -----, Winfield, MO; one sister, ----- ----- -----, Corning; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
       Also preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Gene, Billy, Thomas and Jimmy; sister, Earlene.
       Services July 9, 2006 in Ermert Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Jimmy McMasters officiating. Burial in Corning Cemetery under the direction of Ermert Funeral Home.
