  Beverly A. Hawkins, 58, of 174 Fairview Ave. died Monday at her home.
  
  A native of Rochester, Mrs. Hawkins lived in Oneida 35 years. She was a self-employed health care aide. Mrs. Hawkins was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church.
  
  Surviving are her husband, Franklin; two sons, ----- of Canastota and ----- of Oneida; her father, Walter Skonzak of Oneida; two sisters, Jean Adragna of Oneida and Margot Smith of Apollo, Pa.; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
  
  Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. John's Episcopal Church. Spring burial will be in Valley View Cemetery.
  
  Calling hours will be noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapin Room of the church.
  
  Contributions may be made to Wanderer's Rest.
  
  Campbell-Dean Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
