Mr. Brisbois was born November 9, 1924, in Fonda, Iowa, the son of John B. Brisbois and Gladys (Richmond) Brisbois and had lived most of his life in the Hugo area. He was a retired truck driver and a World War II Army veteran. He was of the Catholic faith; he was a member of the VFW, the DAV and the American Legion.
