       Violet passed away peacefully November 25th 2017 in Port Townsend surrounded by family.
       Violet was born in Seattle, Washington on May 6, 1931 to Nancy Lionna and Albert Anderson. She graduated Chimacum High School in 1948.
       Vi married ----- Twiggs on October 1st, 1949, he was the love of her life. Together for 68 years they lived and raised their family in the same home near Port Townsend. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother
       She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Carrie Kay, two sisters Donna Brown and Alberta Anderson, and her brother Ray Anderson.
         Violet is survived by her husband ----- at the family home; sons ----- (-----) Twiggs, Port Hadlock; ----- Twiggs, Port Townsend; daughter ----- (-----) Johnson of St. Mary's, Kansas; brother ----- (-----) Anderson; sister ----- Scalf of Port Townsend, sister ----- Stamey of Georgia; nine grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
       Private services will be held by the family.
