  • He served in the military: French and Indian War.
  • He owned property in 1686 in Sudbury Village, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony. When he was 21, Ephraim inherited land in Sudbury from his father; he also received a grant of land in Worcester for his service in the French and Indian war (but he never lived in Worcester).
