  Rita May Holdener, 78, of Tallahassee died in her sleep Monday, June 9.
  Rita was born on November 6, 1935 in Belleville, Illinois, the daughter of the late Dr. Vincent Holdener and Rita May (Clark) Holdener. She graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Belleville, in 1953.
  She is survived by her sister, ----- ----- and brother, ----- Holdener, nieces, ----- ----- and ----- -----and many, many dear-to-her cousins.
  Retired from the Leon County Public Library, she enjoyed living these last years with her friends at Westminster Gardens where she will be missed. She liked working on family genealogy and playing Words with Friends.
  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church where she was a faithful member for many years. Her Funeral Mass will be there on Saturday, June 14, at 1:00pm.
