Obituary:  Sandra Jean Miller

Sandra Jean Miller, 49, of Peoria and formerly of Newark, died Tuesday, Dec. 1 at Peoria School of Medicine.

She was born August 28, 1938 in Sandwich, to Burnett and Evelyn (Rassmussen) Miller.  She was a secretary, a member of the Newark Lutheran Church and a past member of Sheridan Eastern Star.

Also surviving are a brother, one niece, one nephew, and aunts and uncles.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Larson-Gavel Funeral Home in Newark with Pastor Maynard G. Halvorson officiating. Burial was in Millington-Newark Cemetery.
